Happy New Year!
So to get straight into those resolutions, eating well, moving more and generally trying to keep ourselves tip top… we all know how important healthy diet and exercise are. Here at SCPN we wanted to give you some souper (pun intended) recipe ideas to try through January to help you hit the ground running (so to speak, we’ll maybe get to running later on!). We know it is important eat a lot of vegetables, but did you know a healthy diet actually helps prevent cancer? After much indulgence over the festive period (yup, guilty), it is SO important that we get back into healthier habits, nourishing our bodies, ditching the bad stuff so we feel GREAT.
Our #SouperFreshStart campaign is all about eating lots of soup! Rejoice! It’s cold and dark outside, we want to eat something warm and comforting but it’s also January so we are being extra good. What better way is there to fuel your body through the rest of winter than with lots of yummy, fresh homemade soup!?
