Kettlateral Steps

To kick off Advent our healthy #alternativeadvent gift is to perform some kettlateral steps, a great way to get the physical activity levels up! These can be done by making small steps or jumps to the side as if you were stepping or jumping over an invisible line. Repeat as often as you can throughout the day (when boiling the kettle!) for a physically active start to the Christmas countdown.
